I strained my wrist on Thursday while filming 2 hours of yoga for future videos. Luckily, the strain isn’t very bad, if I treat it right I should be healed soon! This means the next few days will be full of hands-free restorative and Hatha yoga, basic cardio and the first video from @thebalancedlife Pilates for Beginner’s series. Injuries happen and life doesn’t have to stop, but it’s a good idea to tap the breaks so you can recover and bounce back stronger, healthier and wiser. -- source link
