These are for me, i have done the squat challenge before and it’s fun! i am going to reblog this everyday after i complete them. i also am going to do progress pictures, but not sure if i those will get posted..maybe after its done, DADDY will have final say. does anyone wanna join in? you could even do your own 30 day challenge! -kitten Day 2 complete. i can feel it in my legs the most, i like the plank, i probably should’ve only done the plank and the wall sit, because it’s double on the legs but hey, i committed to it and i love how my butt looks after the 30 days of squats so it’s worth it lol. -kitten Day 3 complete. feeling good, certain leg muscles are still achy but not the bad achy, the achy like after a good session, like the achy i will feel after DADDY breaks in the new paddle on DADDY’S (my) ass..-kitten Day 4 complete. I got a break from squats today.
