fuckyeahchinesefashion: 美人如诗 草木如织 by 七奈 @perfectartisandonut asked in the comments whether this was hanfu or hanbok, so I thought I’d clear it up here ^^ (it’s a common misunderstanding). An easy way to tell the difference between the “chest-high ruqun” style of hanfu and hanbok is to check if the top is worn inside or outside the skirt. Chest-high ruqun has the top (ru) worn inside the skirt (qun). Hanbok, on the other hand, has the top (jeogori) worn outside the skirt (chima). (Note: this rule does not apply to all hanfu, since there are styles of hanfu with the top worn outside the skirt - for example, aoqun.) -- source link
