Haru was rescued when he got sick/injured in the wild and was brought back to the aquarium, and Rin takes care of him now. Merfolk are reasonable well-known, and as children, they don’t speak, so Haru never says anything.One day, Rin shows up, and HARU HAS TURNED INTO A CHRYSALIS.
