kimononagoya: The softness of this kimono from the ever-graceful Kimonomachi looks more like a dress to me than the rather restrictive garment a kimono can be. The touches of bright yellow at the obiage and kanzashi (hair ornament) are like little beams of sunshine through the abstract and blurry kimono colors. The kimono is playing with red and green. The white and red in the obi help bring some stability to this outfit as well as the anchoring touches of yellow and the sparkly obidome in the center. -- source link
