Novolin (the insulin sold by Walmart) is an older type of insulin that isn’t exactly user friendly and can be dangerous if you aren’t taught how to use it. It also doesn’t have a 1 to 1 relationship with newer forms of insulin, so your dosing and usage will likely differ.
