7/25/2018Suspended animation gives some time for thought, but sometimes it feels as though the mind is frozen; especially now. What happens when the mind and body do not move, but they are reliant on one another for change? We are led to reach out to an external force, and perhaps we must do some sidestepping around that which will not move. Even for those of us who believe in a higher power, we often do not ask for help when we need it. There is almost an assumption that we are guided always, so we do not need to ask for things; especially not help.The message today seems to be that there are times we must be brave enough to ask for, and demand change. If we feel stuck, we must be brave enough to ask for assistance. Fears of getting stepped over, or being invisible are very prominent lately, but we must remember we are seen and heard as long as we decide to utilize the abilities we have to enact change; even if that means asking for some help now and then. -- source link
