Here is a screen shot from the Bjork music video Blissing me that Tim Walker directed alongside Emma Dalzell. The music video is titled “utopian” and voices the concept of texts becoming the modern day interpretation of a love letter. The same way people would fawn over the thought of receiving love letters is the same way we view a constant text relationship with people. More over, the issue lies when we cannot communicate out side of technology and feel almost embarrassed to show our true selves to the other person. So is it easier to have a romantic interest without having to communicate physically?I would like to use this make up as inspiration for my final work, as I feel that it would look striking in a still image and be taken in more within a portrait.
