Some believers can spend up to 12 years in prison just for attending an unregistered church.A Tajiki church leader is asking us to pray. Here is what he shared:“Dear brothers and sisters, please keep praying for Christians and the Church in Tajikistan. The attitude towards Christians in Tajikistan is getting worse day by day. Many people slander Christians to get others to hate them.Also, we know that the Secret Police and State Religious Committee are discussing the installation of surveillance cameras in all Christian churches to watch Sunday services. Their goal is to know who is preaching, what they are preaching and if foreigners attend the churches.Please pray for Christian believers in Tajikistan for courage and peace and for strength to keep preaching the Gospel among Muslims in Tajikistan.” -- source link
