When I have a day off and a good dose of inspiration, I will spend a straight 8 hours on a painting just because I can. Honestly this took so long because the sky colors had so many layers to it, and I kept having to wait for them to dry. And I don’t normally work on such big canvases. It was totally worth it, though. Came out looking almost exactly how I wanted. -- source link
