Bird no. 297. If I have to hear another “E”….The jackhammering woke me up at 7:45am today (and you know that’s early for me )..I never could have guessed that they would wake me up AGAIN 6 hours later, when a singing construction man is lowered down to my bedroom window He was just so joyful I couldn’t even be mad about it. I watched him sing and dance secretly from behind the curtain, thinking how wonderful it is that his happiness and self-confidence is spilling over into my apartment and out onto the street..I guess that means tomorrow morning is my balcony! It would be nice if it came apart like plastercine, or if he could sing it off or something… And they didn’t have to blast me out of bed like that..Seriously.
