Count Kikai and his friends are admiring his new えもの (emono, trophy). He explains how they carefully skinned it (剥ぐ, hagu, to peel off, to skin or flay) so that it doesn’t have even a single blemish (傷ひとつない, kizu hitotsu nai).Tetsuro barges in (Count Kikai apparently has no guards or locks on his doors), and wildly shoots everybody in the room. He cries out a tearful お母さん (okaasan, mother), and finally we see what they’ve done to his mother.Still alive, Count Kikai asks that Tetsuro not shoot his brain (脳, nou), because if he does, he might not be able to be repaired (修理, shuuri), and then would be really dead. -- source link
