sabahzora:The Romani flag waves proudly in Šuto Orizari, colloquially called Šutka; the only municipality in the world with a majority Roma population, an ethnic Roma mayor and Romani as an official language.Just outside of Skopje in Macedonia, this is one of the places in the world where the Roma are the most well established. The city has its own TV channel, newspaper, radio station and a big market that is well known for its cheap prices.
