hclib:A Time Old TraditionThe Minnesota Renaissance Festival will be celebrating its48th season late this summer starting August 18th andrunning until September 30th in Shakopee, Minnesota. The festival has been a long standing tradition in Minnesotadating back to 1971 where it was first held in a field in Jonathan, Minnesota. Participationin the festival has grown over the years starting with an estimate of about25,000 people visiting the grounds to 300,000 people, marking it as the largestRenaissance Festival in the United States. The Renaissance Festival has many things to offer suchcomedy acts, wine tasting, music, food and so much more.
