althememelord:srsishere:There’s a lot of people still reblogging this, so I thought you all should hear what happened. This battle is over, and we’ve won!We did give up a few benefits, but, by 2020, we will be making $15 an hour. They also gave us our $1000 bonus.Our raise is going up by increments, we have gotten around $2 so far, we will be getting 2 more raises this year. We gave up some small things, like we have to wait a year to transfer to another location within Disney world, where previously it was 6 months. I believe the small sacrifices we made were totally worth it, though. I already see a huge difference in my paychecks, and I’m no longer worried about being able to pay my bills if I’m sick one day.Thank you all for your support, and have a magical day :)Reblogging for new info -- source link
