For obvious contractual reason the songs they collaborated were not available on the “here and there” album from Elton John. Of course these tracks sees the light in 1996 on the expanded edition of “here and there” album, while how can DJM can get ahold of the songs right and release this live album in 1981 is a mystery to me.
