Why can’t I get out of bed. Why can’t I just do normal things. I feel so irresponsible and lazy but it’s like I can’t help it. I feel worse when I stay in bed but it’s harder to even get up and do something for 5 mins straight. I’ve been eating good and exercising and I never have issues with sleep. Caffeine doesn’t help. Nothing helps.
