To the Northeast of the landing site, a condemned house captures the attention of passing travelers. Not only because it’s filled to the brim with stuff, it’s also filled with cats. Undomesticated, they get as vicious as in the wilderness especially when there’s hundreds of them and nothing to eat. The area quickly became their toilet and playground. A former hoarder dwelled inside these wobbly walls for too long until he perished crushed by his own possessions, when things started to get dark outside. A true feast for the felines, who weren’t able to crack open one of the delicious cans of tuna paste stored in the pantry, eased the hunger for a bit in the absence of anything better. The foundations cracked loudly anytime a pillager entered their domains, warning them it’s dinner time.  -- source link
