Rose Quartz should have been a soldier too, especially so since she served Pink Diamond. But what kind of soldier has long curls and a dress? Not to mention the fact that Amethyst, the only other Quartz we have, also has that long not-curly hair like Jasper does.I think that Rose, when she realized she didn’t have to be what Homeworld made her to be (a point which Bismuth clearly took to heart, she must have heard that spiel from Rose,) gave herself a form she wouldn’t have otherwise been allowed to have.
