Cosplay Year in Review: 2015I didn’t make that many costume this year but I made effort to tackle some different materials and techniques to level up in 2015! The major costume I took on this year was Cassandra, which I slowly picked away at and am SUPER happy with the results. Then there was Cullen which was an exercise in speed crafting, I’m happy with but I know more time = refinement. Queen Mera was a lot of fun to play with some different materials and test out some ideas. Bombshell Cheetah was fun, comfortable and excellently on convention theme. Then finally Dex-Starr which I challenged myself to have crisp finishing and clean edges, not to mention modifying my bunny suit pattern for a better fit/structure. What else was I doing this year? I didn’t go to as many conventions because I was leveling up as an adult! I moved into my dream condo and bough a ton of furniture. I took up Pole Dancing and Aerial fitness and feel stronger than I ever did from just going to the gym. Then of course work, work, work, never leave the office work! Here’s to more cool projects in 2016! -- source link
