It’s possible that I got a little carried away making this morning’s steak and eggs breakfast instead of my usual rice porridge. Marinated blade steak charred on the grill; two sunny-side-up eggs with salt, black pepper, olive oil and a splash of ponzu; and a few grilled slices of butternut squash.
