Aesthetic: Neo Queen Serenity I have fond fascination towards character with light colored-almost white hair. one of those being Neo Queen Serenity. I know canonically speaking Usagi has blond hair but her art, in the manga especially, being Neo Queen Serenity with white/ silver hair were always looked so pretty. She really does look more magical and goddess-like with white hair than blond hair. but I still prefer her being blond in her pretty soldier uniform. idk. the hair color distinction between her being white/ silver haired and blond haired really paint different picture for Usagi in my eyes.
