I do think it’s worth pointing out that the HIV outbreak is most likely due to the fact that he rejected a state wide needle exchange program and Indiana has a huge IV drug problem, a public health issue.Because he thought funding for needle exchanges and other EFFECTIVE prevention programs would be better spent on gay conversion therapy.So like, shitty all around. But not digging this false correlation? HIV can be spread by things besides sex, and obviously testing for it is vital!
