My landlord’s girlfriend suddenly decided to hate my “boom-boom-machine” (the words of a 70-year old) despite the unit being electronic and mute as soon as I put on headphones, but to keep the peace, I built an impact-noise-eater-pedestal with Sylomer pads. It’s expensive, but if that stuff doesn’t help, nothing does. I put an LED strip under it just for the sake of it, and now the whole thing pulls in all attention. x)The manufacturer calls their units “V-Drums”, and come on… that screams for some viewtiful decoration.
