suburbanbeatnik:shredsandpatches, I figured you’d get a kick out of this drawing I found in one of my sketchbooks from 2008 or thereabouts (when I was having a “Fabulous 14th century!!” medieval kick, fresh off this Robin Hood storybook I worked on). It’s a young Richard II, with Joan of Kent and John of Gaunt. He’s pissed off at them for some adolescent reason. Joan is trying to sweet talk him into something, while Gaunt glowers. -- source link
