I have a short trip planned to CT and another to DC. In DC I will be schedule one on ones at a studio with discounted rates. The model ball. Cliche? Eh. Who cares? I’ve come to adore the position. I actually sleep in a ball sometimes. I also think it’s one of the most gorgeous abstract shapes. It also makes me want to shave my head, but more on that later. -- source link
