This is a behind the scenes for that story, a bit of a story about how I came to come up with the story. I would suggest reading this when you have the time and privacy to enjoy it.See I was visiting a friend. We’d been friends for years, met online. We’d emailed, and exchanged a few words here and there and generally had fun anytime we chatted online or via text. And finally I got to go to her place. We’d both had COVID tests, as had her roommates actually, and we felt fairly comfortable knowing that it was safe.I know we all miss that in person contact. It feels so nice to be able to be with someone fun who you can relax with and without the need for text. Even just hearing someone’s voice is nice, soothing and fun. Anyway I went over and as we were talking one of her roommates heard what I did and asked for a demonstration.So I agreed. I turned to my friend and since she’d been hypnotized before I knew that she would go into trance easily, it’s always easier to go into trance after you’ve been hypnotized once. Your mind becomes trained to respond to hypnotic words, and even anticipating trance can lead to trance. So as I turned to her she already looked half gone, her eyes heavy lidded, heavy and drooping.I smiled and told her not to worry that she would do fine, relaxing fine. I explained that hypnosis was not something you needed to do anything for. That all one had to do was focus on my words and they would fall deeply down into trance, easily and wonderfully. In fact as I said to her roommates just my words could help my friend to relax, help you to relax, and sink. Down.As you might have guessed I was already using hypnotic language, words like relax and sink deeply help to relax your mind and her friends just nodded in agreement as I explained how easy it was for my friend to sink into trance again and again. As they did I began to slip in more words like relax and sink, explaining that my friend was sinking, heavy, drowsy, and that each breath takes you deeply.They did not notice how they felt, so relaxed, how easy it was to follow my words now. They just kept focusing, each word absorbed by the subconscious mind, bringing the body more deeply into relaxation, comfort, and obedience.And as they slipped deeply, down, they relaxed. As if it was time to sleep now and they just had to sleep. Sleep, so deeply. Down. Now.Each word guiding you more down, fully down. Further and further down.Good Girl.When you awaken in a moment you will feel so wonderful. So glad to have relaxed with me, to have sunk with me.
