Sony TC-120 (1970) Compact Cassette RecorderVintage cassette tape recorder from 1970. I really like the design of this one, with the brushed aluminum overlay on glossy black with colored buttons. The carry handle locks into the folded or extended position. It has a built-in condenser mic, tape counter, volume and tone control knobs. The meter shows battery level while playing or audio level while recording. A light press on the eject lever opens the door, fully pressing ejects the tape.It has a high quality tape transport with two flywheels for anti-rolling. The supply and take-up reels are braked when stopped. There is no auto-stop but there is an end-of-tape alarm, only if the tape has conductive foil on the leader.Connections: Microphone, Aux, Remote, Monitor (earphone)Power: 117V AC, 6V DC or 4x C cell batteriesSpecs:Two Track mono, 4.8 cm/sFrequency Response: 50Hz to 10KhzSignal-to-Noise: 46dBBias Frequency: 85KHzSpeaker Output: 1.5W@8ohmsDimensions: 252x63x147mmWeight: 2.2kg (with batteries)More PhotosVideo -- source link
