SHIPPING UPDATE (plus some cute cats!):Thanks to everyone who helped us sell off some pins & get them into new homes in the Con Fever Sale, over the virtual #animecentral weekend. Over the course of the sale, we made about what we’d make at a single convention, which we consider a success since we’re normally not huge online sellers. Most of our traffic is from traveling to conventions with our fellow #artistalley folk, so losing 10 conventions this year, with the rest potentially very slow or postponed for the rest of the year, has been a painful reality. I think all artists in a similar situation are all finding their own way to still continue on, so we’re all grateful for your support.-That said, what a sale means is that there’s mail! So read below if you have an order from us. As a small reminder, it’s just me (Mel!) packing up orders and grading new pins since Sara is in a different state, so it takes a bit longer to get through custom orders like this than normal (compared to Pin Club, which it’s more of an assembly line - picking and pulling a pin collection for every order is much slower). I’m also doing customer support and manufacturer ordering, so I’m trying to balance my time; that means that not all packages can go out immediately, but it will take up to a week to get everything out the door (fair warning!).-DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:- Tomorrow (5/19): I’ll be dropping off any order earlier than Friday of last week! If you were notified already, that’s you for sure, and if you ordered from the shop on the first two days, that’s you as well. - Thursday (5/21): I’ll be dropping off the remaining domestic shipments through Sunday night (5/17). I might be able to fit in a few from Monday as well if they’re manageable.- Monday (5/25): Remaining orders will go out!—-> Please note that this is the ideal schedule. I’m working roughly 12-14 hours per day right now as there are a ton of things going on, but I’ll do my best to keep to it.
