Illustration for Hudson Valley Seed Company’s Joker Lettuce seed packet! I illustrated a three card tarot spread, featuring the classic imagery of the Fool card, but with Frank Morton (the creator of this lettuce type) as the fool, standing on a big lettuce head dropping seeds. On the left is the Three of Cups, for celebration; on the right is the Ace of Wands, for creative new beginnings. Thanks so much to Ken Greene for the opportunity!
