He was originally supposed to appear in an early version of the upcoming Wander episode, “The IT” but the scene had to be cut for time. He only appeared very quickly in this one shot and other than drawing him in these storyboard panels I never got around to actually creating a final design for him before the sequence was cut. suspendersofdisbelief ‘s description for Iggy and the Maltars was “A Fabulous Glam Rock Villian standing on two giant Spiders”.The loss of Iggy and the other villains in that scene was one of the biggest bummers of Season 2. -- source link
