She stands out even in Harajuku! Minori is a well-known personality in Tokyo’s Shiro-Nuri (white painted skin) subculture. Minori has been featured in Japanese fashion magazines as well as appearing on numerous television programs. Minori wears outfits – and makeup – which she designs and creates herself, often be “remaking” existing fashion. Her outfit here features a kimono coat (haori) top over a long polka dot skirt, lolita shoes, a parasol, hat, and various cute accessories.
