It’s been a long time since I last posted on training. I’m busy with clinic internship and studies as this is my last semester before I officially become a qualified chiropractor. Back to topic! Tips for back training. Sometimes I feel that it’s better to reduce the weights for dumbbell row. Instead of doing heavy row for 4 reps, it might be more effective to train in slightly higher reps (moderate weight) so that you can get the full range of motion at the top of the movement. Make sure you really squeeze your rhomboids and bring the shoulder blades to the spine. With very heavy weights and low reps, I often notice people won’t be able to pull the dumbbell to full ROM thus take away some potential gains. Put away your ego and make sure you feel the rhomboid working. Photo credit: @danieltanlt_fitness by seanlee87 http://ift.tt/1u84KEU -- source link
