I went to bed angry last night - which I really try not to do *it messes up my juju* but I was really upset about a pizza place messing up my gluten free order. . My daughter is gluten free, not because it’s trendy, not because I don’t like it, not because it’s not Paleo - for the sole fact that my daughter has a very real diagnosed intolerance. . So by the time I realized it wasn’t gluten free, it was already too late. Ania’s reactions start almost immediately. She gets rashes, super aggressive, constipated, irritable, her face puffs up & as a mom - I do everything in my power to ensure she doesn’t have a reaction. . I had to really tap into my pool of happy and patience to let this mistake go. So this morning, while she was still sleeping, I got up, made fresh coffee, wrote out my frustrations and affirmations and then jumped into my personal development. Staying angry will never ever help me further myself or grow as a person. .
