Sorry I haven’t been posting much about my zoo stuff, lately! I am almost two months into my temporary keeper position, and I am only just past the point of being overwhelmed with new info and new routines…Anyway, here is the department’s newest ambassador animals just out of quarantine- a baby opossum! Looking forward to working with her as she gets used to the training and handling needed to be a successful programs animal!I have done a few off-grounds programs with our animals, done lots of shows now, and kinda know my way around the city? Hopefully I can survive the rest of the summer! Loving the zoo life! -- source link
