blancamz:So this is a little something I’ve been working on-and-off for about 1.5-2 months now.A little while back I drew my Steven Universe gemsona Spinel. I’d been thinking of animating something with her for a while, but couldn’t really think of anything. But while talking with Joe about Gem fusions and dances and sich, I decided giving her a dance would be cool.I am not much of a dancer, or musical or whatever, so the choreography for Spinel had been taken from a quite talented dancer / dance studio I found on YouTube. It’s the Ukranian studio Dance Centre Myway and the choreographer is Oleg Kasynets (the red-headed gent in the video). And may I say he’s an absolutely fabulous dancer. This particular bit of choreography is set to Rihanna’s Where Have You Been (0:35-0:43).Dang, Spinels little leg and arm wraps are tricky to keep track of when animating.Animation was done in Toon Boom Harmony 12 (Advanced). -- source link
