As the landscape changes regarding Covid-19 and group gatherings we wanted to address the August 2020 event for Resin Rose and hopefully answer a few questions you may have. •At this time there are no plans to cancel or move the event, the date is far enough out that things will hopefully have settled at that point. we will continually reevaluate the situation at hand and follow any state or county guidelines regarding gatherings that may be in effect at the time of our event. •RR2020’s venue, Monarch Hotel has assured us that they are following CDC/WHO and local/state guidelines regarding cleaning/sanitizing. They will continue to take extra steps to ensure the health and safety of the guest at the venue. They have provided a statement regarding their steps which you can access on the next slide, or on our Facebook post. •While we are not offering cancellations at this time due to the planned continuation of the event, transfers of tickets and/or tables is allowed. In the event that the situation changes wee will reevaluate and make any needed changes or cancellations.
