Wow! So I’m back! For the past week (some days not shown) I’ve dedicated SOME time to walk. Whether it was in the morning, at night, LATE one evening (a slight mistake on my part there), even a small walk (that 10 min one ) during my lunch break. It’s been 8 days that I’ve done this consistently and consistency is really what I want to begin working on. Consistently making healthy choices, consistently making time to me active, and consistently putting my goals first. I haven’t used this in a long time but I’m really going to start showing my journey more. This isn’t for anyone else, but myself. This journey is for me and here’s to a great start -- source link
