Merlin tea reviews, continued: Both of these versions of chai are really lovely, brewing up strong with richly layered flavors. I’m particularly partial to the Gwaine tea, that’s richly spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, nicely balanced by the apple. It’s a very assertive tea – appropriately enough – but doesn’t turn bitter if left in the pot during a work session. Percival’s chai is gentler, the apricots working nicely with the spices, and the honeybush tea providing an unusual sweetness. Both can be highly recommended for fueling academic (or non-academic) marathons. -- source link
