eintsein:A Small Guide to Journaling by EintseinSomething you may or may not know about be is that I journal. However, only recently have I gotten the hang of it and stayed loyal to the habit of journaling. Here are some tips and tricks on how you can journal successfully. Hope you like it :)I have been doing a bullet journal off and on for about a year. I tried doing the fancy complicated layouts that you see when you google “bullet journal”, but being ADHD girl, I got bored with that and stopped eventually. ;) But now I’ve found something that works, and has turned into a lovely way to get a morning started. I still do some arty-ness, hand-lettered headers that make me happy, not much more. And I have the typical bullet journal to-do list. I’ve found I am MUCH more likely to do something if I WRITE IT DOWN as opposed to putting in to a digital to-do list. The other thing I do is write, three pages, every morning. Long hand, stream of consciousness, and exactly three pages, no more, no less. I’ve figured out a lot of things about myself. Worked through a lot of things. My therapist says she can actually tell when I’ve been journaling regularly based on how our sessions go. So every morning I set aside about 30-45 minutes to doodle a little and play with my brush pens, and then dump my brain onto paper. It’s working wonders. -- source link
