9️⃣1️⃣ day 3 & 4 ~ "I love the fact that I can overload you with stuff to some extent & you boutitboutit.“ ~@nunez3dmjYA BOI GOT A MACRO BUMPPP +25g/+25g c/p - was given the option of doing either all carbs or half & half carbs & protein. I’m going with the latter to see what we can do with more protein than I’ve ever eaten plus it gives me some peace of mind regarding my protein quality given how much of my total is accumulated from carb sources as carbs increase.Also got a new training sheet, deload/intro week coming up followed by a little more bias to my back & taking a little from my legs & arms to make room from what it seems! Ready 4 carnage n really really excited bout food. I will n e v e r be the offseason bodybuilder struggling to eat. ~In unrelated digressions, I seem to attract new-to-lifting doughy bois doing arts degrees who claim to be interested in just powerlifting, yet do no powerlifting exercises, ask a lot of questions every day that indicate their interest is not at all just powerlifting, & have no situational awareness or grasp of when it’s a good time to have talkytalks. (Which for me is never, but I mean even for a normal person.) No one ever talks to me in the gym.
