9️⃣3️⃣ ~ "We’re looking more & more like the prototype.“ -@nunez3dmj/thesupremecompliment But that first squat clip isn’t Looking back at it I realize I subconsciously set my stance slightly farther back when it’s heavier (coach lowered the reps a couple this meso) & that results in my old pattern bleeding back in: hips trying to escape out of the hole.Anyway, feeling….. ?dense¿ lately - like heavy in a good way. Hard to articulate.
