8️⃣9️⃣ day 3 & 4 ~Not a fan of when the end of break is imminent bc my gym is no longer *completely* empty…& yes I did in fact almost forget to do my last rep of sits. I count my reps by 2s (I always have, idk, it makes it more manageable in some way) & my brain went somewhere in the in-between place during that set for some reason & I was passively not actively counting & “3, 3” made me stop bc it was a completed double count. Adding an odd number rep requires more active attention I guess. [My second smith squat day is a percentage of the first with matched reps so I had a set number of reps predetermined rather than an exertion.]Anyway I finally confirmed that I do in fact start my job next week at some point & BONUS I will be able to do most of it from home Video call tomorrow to solidify the direction of that. Hint hint to some of my smort friends…….
