Leave us a note if you want the recipe.Perfect Fried Plantains INGREDIENTS 4 plantians 2 cups of oil 2 tablespoon of Salt 2 cups of water PREPARE Peel and cut plantains diagionally Mix salt and water in a bowl and leave to the side * add your favorite seasoning to water for more flavors!STEPS 1. Place plantains in oil until golden brown on all sides 2. Remove plantains from the oil, then let chill for a minute 3. Press plantains flat to medium thickness 4.
