My gym is finally open again! It was nice and breezy when I got there so I ran a mile and a half outside. The community center is along a nice grassy bank on a little river so there’s a pretty view. Some douchenozzle was doing circuit stuff in the weights section and I didn’t feel like taking the time to talk to him and then rerack 180# of plates, so I just did assisted chin ups and benchpress instead. I tanned after and grabbed Starbucks and felt great until food poisoning hit thanks to rotten heavy cream. My dad left it out yesterday and it smelled fine so I thought it was useable, but no. I spent most of my afternoon curled up in bed switching between napping and watching Bones on Netflix because I had food poisoning and a headache from running. -- source link
