So many posts today. I wanted to share my lunch grilled chicken and fresh veggie stir fry with about .75 cup of white rice. There was a lunch & learn today so there was pizza all around. Smelled so good, but I wasn’t even drawn to it. I love how being in a routine makes it so much easier to avoid “bad” foods. Yeah, a piece of pizza and some salad would have been just fine and fit into my day, but if I’m not craving it, why try to make it fit? -- source link
