60 #1, Alliance #1, Hunter #1. It’s been a full week since Shadowlands came out and these ten levels have been an excrutiating slog. It’s 100% not the game’s fault, either—I can absolutely see myself enjoying the shit out of this leveling experience in some other circumstance. But with the pressure of being raid-ready, my friend group being full of tryhards who already know everything there is to know about the game before it’s even out (and most of them having had beta access, which I did not get this time around), and everything else I’ve just… not been feeling it. At all. Even moreso than at the start of BfA, which I was also apparently not feeling super great about. And that was worse than the start of Legion, when I was also at least a little upset about being behind.I’m sensing a theme, here.Anyway, I’m not actually done because as you can see I’m only like, 2/3rds of the way through the Ardenweald campaign, meaning I haven’t even gotten to the snooty vampires yet. At least now that I’m 60 I’ll stop detouring to a rare I can see on my minimap but can’t actually spawn or interact with because I’m not max level (which by the way? SUPER obnoxious. Happens way too often. Fuck off with that please, Blizzard.) -- source link
