vandaliatraveler:Wood anemone (Anemone quinquefolia) is massing in the moist, rich woods along Clay Run, along with broadleaf toothwort (Cardamine diphylla). Several nights of sub-freezing temperatures don’t seem to have fazed these tough little forbs much - I expect a big push over the next week as temperatures warm up. -- source link
