Dieting Day 4.. makes me so eager to see the final product. I didnt cut on carbs but instead eating the good carbs like brown rice, wholemeal pasta, wholemeal spagetti, wholemeal wraps, browm rice cakes, and yes i still consume salt!. Day one tried diet was a mistake as i didnt think i ate tht much so i jacked up on my proteins intake. Protein bars im btween meals, protein shakes whenever i need them.
