I decided to try and make @hanekdrawsmoomins ‘s Snufkin and Moomin as part of the avian-like race I have in one of my stories ^^Snufkin is a nightingale (ruiseñor), characterized by their beautiful songs that are the most intense, powerful and complicated when they establish their territory they’ll stain in during summer (May-June) before leaving for south in winter. Moomintroll is, of course a white dove. I was watching this show called Fountain of Trivia, and they presented the concept of a ‘Hato mune’ (which technically means ‘Pigeon chest’ but shshshshshs) and it basically means a stand-offish set of chest feathers so I went “yep that’s Moomin”.
